Who Are We

Gemini Occu Health is driven by two experienced nurses registered with South African Nursing Council, each with fields of their own specialities and with decades of experience in the occupational health service at large mining companies.

We will comply with the legislation of the Workman’s Compensation Act and are registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa.


Our Policy

Gemini Occupational Health is committed to excellence in a holistic Health Program through the promotion and maintaining of health in the fields of Occupational Health, and Occupational Diseases.

In striving for excellence in Occupational Health, and Occupational Diseases we will:

• Provide a good quality service that will continuously satisfy our customer’s requirements

• Comply in letter and spirit with all relevant legal requirement and industries standards, and co-operate fully with the authorities in the development of such laws, regulations and codes of practice

• Continually review our operations and processes and create appropriate programs and support to bring about continuous improvement in performance

• Ensure functional competence of the clinic staff through ongoing training, development and communication programs

• Learn from incidents and share the lessons with co-workers, customers and contractors

• Conduct us at all times as a responsible corporate citizen, pursuing sustainable development programs and effective communication with all stakeholders

• Treat all employees holistic with dignity and confidentiality

• Move to a Wellness of all Clients with help, facilitation and support of wellness consultants / professionals

• An open door policy for any audit / visit by die Department of Mineral and Energy affairs
